- 200.00 ml freshly boiled water
- 0.50 tsp ground ginger
- 1.50 tsp ground cinnamon
- 200.00 ml frothed semi-skimmed MILK or non-dairy alternative

- 2.00 tbsp lightly whipped cream (MILK) (optional)

Add maple syrup, cinnamon, ginger, sugar in a measuring cup with a splash of hot water and whisk together thoroughly. Top up with your freshly brewed instant coffee.
